    The location is unbeatable and the staff is efficient and professional. The rooms, however, are quite tired. The bedding is extremely uncomfortable: lumpy and wobbly. A terrible night sleep.

    I paid £*** for a hotel with a 9am check out. Due to flight delay I arrived at mid night. The airport was very quiet with no one to help. There was no signage as to where the hotel is sitiated which after a very long journey is the last thing you need. Eventually and only by luck we found the Mercure. Bottom line, not worth the ridiculous price but I had no option. The only redeeming factor was the lovely staff who were very helpful and professional

    The hotel is clean, staff is great, not having to leave the airport is invaluable when you have an extended layover. Would highly recommend

    The facilities are not at all good. There is no towels are there in room I need to call and ask for that. There check in time is too late which is 6pm they should make it after noon
