    Positives - Most comfy pillows and bed I have ever slept on in a hotel, breakfast was lovely. Negatives - Sun-Mon, no staff after 4pm and the restaurant / bar is closed both nights. Check in via phone call to remote staff only. I would not recommend staying here if you are arriving Sun or Mondays, unless you arrive early to organise meals etc.

    At first we thought the waitress was very good and polite but that changed very quickly when we tried to order a half price gin and tonic just before the end of happy hour to told by her we were too late that happy hour had finished although it was 6.28pm by my wifes mobile phone and 'happy' hour was from 4.30pm to 6.30pm, she then told us we tried to order it at 6.39 and 30 seconds was not true but even so is still before 6.30pm, won't be back poor service ruined an otherwise good stay. Her name can be provided if management is interested

    Room was damp & smelt mouldy Restaurant very expensive ($22 for a serve of cheesecake) and kitchen undercooked food, prepared dish quite differently from menu as well as messed up order
