The room is nice and the balcony .the swimming area has very little shelter from the sun .....it gets super hot , not a lot of
Water in the pool
They have a couple of sunbeds and 3-4 chairs .the pool area looks nothing really like the pictures online . The shower head had a lot of salt deposits and 1/3 of the water came out . It's clean and practical
Location . They will make you wait for your room until 2:30-3 pm even thought they have rooms . I wish I stayed where I always stay Hotel 52 which is better by far same price !!! Further location and on 5th avenue but the pool and hotel is amazing . This one is ok .... I can't believe the amazing reviews I felt a little deceived .

The location is good. Staff could pretend they like their job while on duty. The pool area is outdated and the sun chairs are all broken. It was great during covid but they need to keep up with wear and tear

Spacious, clean, and pleasant room.
A little bit noisy at night due to poor soundproofing.
The rooftop pool area is poorly maintained and there is almost no shade.
The front desk staff (2 out of the 3 we saw during our stay) are nonchalant and not at all customer-oriented. They barely speak to you when you arrive or leave. They’d rather be on their phones.
