It's pretty good. The staff was REALLY kind and helpful. The fresh towels available in the bathroom make it very convenient - no wet towels in the room! The location is excellent. But I missed a kitchen to cook and a bigger fridge to store food. My curtain in the dorm was not closing. And it was expensive for 1 night (+***)

The dorm is new and hence most facilities are clean and fresh. The washroom is spacious by dorm standards. Bed was comfy - though the room was a bit suffocating.

Lovely property , the front desk staff had been super helpful during my 2 day stay, helping me with any queries and information. Assisting me when i ran into issues with my keys. Very warm and welcoming! The bed i had in the 17 dorm room was very comfortable, with a cute view and a nice private space . In your pod, the bed was adjustable, so were the fan speed and lights intensity. You have a curtain to create a private space, and the storage underneath the bed was pretty big enough to easily fit 2 suitcases. They give you a padlock upon check-in as well! Since i had a lot more luggage as i was headed to the airport, i used the luggage storage area at the front desk. My floor was pretty empty when i stayed, so the common bathroom areas were mostly free. Common eating, lounge area on the 7th floor was super cute. Most of all i loved the convenient location, in an alley right across from the North station. Overall lovely stay, 10/10 effort from the staff running the place. 4 stars on cleanliness only because some common bathrooms were in not-so-great condition sometimes, since some people are not very good at cleaning up after themselves in a shared space...nothing from the hotel's part. This is one of the best pod hotel/hostels I've stayed in to date!!!
