    Staff was awesome - comfortable room and bed - quiet - exercise room & laundry - lots of parking - great breakfast but not a lot of room in dining area - lots of restaurants and shopping close by

    The room was fine. Clean enough and not too worn. The shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soaps smelled terrible. The lobby and breakfast areas were dark, run down, messy, crowded, and dated. The front desk staff was arrogant and not very well trained. We did not feel welcomed or respected. The location did not seem safe. The area was not great. Not close to anything, No food options nearby. Outside areas are run down. Despite displaying the Ten Commandments prominently at the entrance, they many staff and visitors did not seem to follow the Golden Rule! The price seemed very high considering the poor location, poor customer service, lack of amenities, and run down conditions.

    Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff (which is hard to find these days), good breakfast, and wonderful environment. Support our troops through various programs and seem to truly care about their facilities and community. 10/10 Will stay here again if in the area!

    I was unaware the reservation went through and realized I was charged more than full price. I feel I should get at least 1/2 compensation for this? Hopefully the hotel agrees?
