I had issues with a lot of things. The 2 positive things were that the bed was comfy and the bathroom clean and functional. You hear the train/tram constantly, there’s nobody checking you in and I had een issue that took wayyyy too long to solve. In the morning the cleaner was coming into the room without knocking. The carpet in the hallway was dirty cause the robots weren’t working and blocking the way. I couldn’t find parking. And I overpaid. Just not a good deal, so I feel ripped off.

Overall an oké hotel. Just the self check-in proces was quite a hassle. Especially if you have multiple last names, and the person on the phone who you have to call when having trouble was very little help, since she couldn’t acces the system. Also the internet on the hall was very slow, so had to constantly go out for better connection, as I needed google translate since everything in the mail-instructions was in German. After about 40 minutes frustration and multiple tries on checking in, I finally managed to check in. Other than the checking in, it was fine, and still half recommend it.

I don't like working Saturdays either, but it's no excuse for being extremely rude. It left a real bad taste
