    Good hotel; clean; nice staff and value for money A restaurant would be a added advantage though there umpteen good restaurants at stones throw distance around the property

    We stayed here for a week. We had taken 2 rooms which were neat and clean. The housekeeping is also good. They do not have restaurant facility. However, morning breakfast was served and it was a very decent menu and sumptuous. The staff were all cordial and friendly.Appreciate their prompt service. It was overall a great stay. A good place definitely worth staying. The only con if we have to say any is that ...In one of the bathrooms there was a leak in faucet and smell in the bathroom which could have got fixed,had we reported but we didn't have the time nor the need to do it as it was manageable. .

    An excellent hotel to stay with basic amenities provided. Would appreciate if a restaurant was available within the hotel.

    I was travelling with my parents who are 70plus, we didnt even get warm forget hot water for bathing. On raising the issue we were asked to waste the water for 15 mins which i reluctantly did but no hot water came. after half an hour the receptionist came and informed that since there was a crowd no hot water was available to bathe. As early as 6:30 am how can any crowd have finished all the hot water? It was raining there in kerala and the tap water was extrmely cold, it left my parents and young daughter sick. Though we paid for extra bed, the staff insisted that he will spread a matress on the flooe while he was given a bed but was lazy to provide it. Only when i insisted and threatened to complain he made the bed as mentioned. Though packed breakfast was provided, there was no coffee with breakfast as is a regular mandate. on asling we were asked to make it ourselves with the kettle and coffee sachets. Its best if one refuses to provide breakfast completely on the app itself, instead of giving such a breakfast. My parents are both unwell after that meal and the cold water.
