    They said that we don't take agoda bookings and didn't let me check in so i had to call agoda and after 15 mins they said okay we will arrange you a room i was there at around 12 AM and it was totally unacceptable so i got into the room it was filthy and stinky, so in the morning at around 11 AM a staff knocked on the door and told me to checkout but when i checked my email it was written checkout before 11 PM, so i had to explain it to the staff and then he came back again just after 5 minutes and asked him to give me half an hour I'll be at reception i got there at around 1 PM one of the owner waa sitting there he told me i have to pay for another day because i didn't checkout at 11 AM then i was so irritated but still i calmed myself and sat down called agoda again only then he agreed to let me go, i had the worst experience ever.
