    Well designed rooms, very spacious. I stayed at the 1 floor. They gave me the room but it wasn't ready for check-in, the toilet was stained, and I saw a big spider on the bedroom pillow first thing. Kettle had small insects inside, but they changed it the next morning. There was no complimentary water even for the first day, they charged every bottle of water 50 lira for small ones and 100 lira for big bottle of Uludag, also they counted some chocolates that were missing in the minibar, multiplied the 5 times more than the supermarket. I was ready to pay for water but I haven't touched Damaz that costs 150 lira, and have no idea what's this. Staff don't speak English fluently and prefer to communicate with Google translate, so it's complicated to explain many things. I had to pay. My first impression was they just opened for the season and haven't prepared yet, cause they had a lot of work in the yard during my stay, which was noisy. It was rainy for 2 days and the ground floor got flooded with water to the point they had to crash the garden wall to clean the drainage system as I understand. Massive renovation. Maybe it was planned for this time cause of the low season. My booking was at the end of May and the pool temperature was so cold, I could not stay inside more than a minute. This hotel may be a good option if you need to book a room last minute, but I don't recommend for a long stay. It's located very close to the Mosque and every morning 5 or 6 am they broadcast the prayers so loud you can hear it in the room with closed windows. My booking was breakfast included, but cause staff don't speak English and every question fast get awkward I haven't asked about breakfast, and they haven't offer me.
