Overall the experience was good. What the hotel lacks is good staff that delivers consistent and good quality service. We had to wait 2 hrs for our room to be ready (we have a baby) and even then the front desk fist wanted to make us pay some tourist taxes. Outstanding was the quality of food (especially the breakfast) and the facilities (sauna, hot tub, beach access, etc).
