    The Sharks Mantra Hotel was a first class place to stay, great frot desk staff. Right next to a great club, the Southport Sharks Leagues Club

    I booked 4 nights with breakfast included at this hotel. When I went for breakfast, I was shocked to find out there was no buffet. I was told that because there weren’t many guests, the buffet wouldn’t be available every day, and that I could instead order breakfast from the café next door and the hotel would cover the bill. This is not what was advertised or expected. On top of that, when I arrived, there was no water provided in the room. When I spoke to the receptionist , I was told that the hotel doesn’t offer water in the rooms. I paid almost *** for 5 nights, and they can’t even provide bottled water that costs a couple of dollars? Overall, not satisfied and very disappointing experience for the price I paid.
