The staff is generally good and cooperative. The location is good, the AC works properly, and the shoe system for keeping shoes outside is well managed. Overall, the common floor area and basic facilities are fine.
However, the main and most serious problem is bed bugs. I could not sleep properly throughout the night because there were so many bed bugs. I was bitten repeatedly all over my body, which caused an allergic reaction, itching, and a constant stinging sensation. It was extremely uncomfortable and disturbing.
The major concern is the hygiene and deep cleaning of the beds. It appears that the inside of the beds, mattresses, bed frames, lockers, and other hidden areas are not being cleaned properly or regularly. Because of this, the bed bugs seem to have spread throughout the dormitory.
The cleaner's behaviour and cleaning method also need improvement. Cleaning should not be limited to the visible areas. The beds, mattresses, bed frames, lockers, and corners should be thoroughly cleaned and proper pest control should be carried out.
Overall, the staff, location, AC, and other arrangements are good, but the bed bug problem is very serious and needs immediate attention. Proper pest control and deep cleaning are urgently required.
