We stayed here 1 night. From the time we reach this hotel, the check in process was very slow. When we enter the room, it was huge but the lighting was very dim.. We were surprised to see the bedsheet was just a thin layer of cloth rather than a comforter which normally available at a 4 star hotel. Even the towel provided in the bathroom had stain on it. I also observed there was a pond nearby to the bar and the restaurant which had mosquitoes larvae.. it was breeding place for dengue. It was quite disappointing to experience all this in a 4 star hotel. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful time at the restaurant and the food was good and all the servers were attentive and friendly We also had some drinks in the bar and played pool. The guy in charge at the bar was accomodative and friendly. The pool was clean as wel. Overall this hotel is not worth to be considered a 4 star based on my experience and its not value for the money that I've spend for the night. I hope the hotel management can take this as a positive feedback to improve themselves.

Difficult to find power socket for phone charger. We have to go under tables and move bed and bed side table In the breakfast no quantity for guests. Not enough foods and plates. Even glasses for fruit juice Ni proper plannings

I have stayed here many times. It was excellent before Covid but declining steadily afterwards. The bathroom needs renovation and towels are smelly. The restaurant food is below par compared to several years ago. Buffet is rarely offered now. A nicely located hotel on spacious grounds. I hope the management will make effort to bring back the old glory.
