    An incredibly disappointing and frustrating stay. The property is in a very remote, almost deserted location, yet prices within the four buildings are outrageously high—at least three times more than outside. Breakfast was terrible. When I asked for hot coffee, they had no proper cups—only plastic ones. Even worse, the coffee wasn’t hot at all; it was so lukewarm I could put my finger in it. Overall, the breakfast offered nothing worth having. Check-in was another ordeal, taking an unreasonably long time. The room itself, including the so-called private pool, was also disappointing. The pool was tiny—about 1.5 meters wide, 3.5 meters long, and only around 1 meter deep—more like a dipping pool. On arrival, it was extremely dirty; you couldn’t even see the bottom. After I requested cleaning, it took two hours for staff to respond, and another two hours to refill the pool after changing the water. The buffet was equally poor. For over ***, they promised wine, beer, and a variety of food, but in reality, there was almost nothing—just fried noodles and fatty meat. No tea or coffee was available in the evening. The wine (local Dalat wine) was undrinkable, and the only beer offered was Ninh Binh draft beer, which was also very bad. Overall, I strongly do not recommend staying here. After three nights, we had more than enough. To make matters worse, they insisted on holding our passports at check-in, despite my objection that Vietnamese law only requires a copy. Returning them at check-out took another 45 minutes. In short, a chaotic, overpriced, and deeply disappointing experience.

    In the booking for this hotel they stated that they provided free wifi, pool access but that is not true. You would have to pay additional and I was not informed until I asked the front desk. Adding in this location is not convenient as it is secluded from other shops, and restaurants therefore you would have to book grab and travel just to eat and shop. Adding on the free wifi this resort refers to is only in the lobby and does not extend to your actual hotel room. Lastly there has been several problems with the room key were I have not been able to enter my room and to get help takes a long time.
