Honestly I did enjoy my stay once I was settled in BUT the check in process was a joke. The complex is full of air bnb type situations so reception staff have no idea. Breakfast isn't great, you get to choose a meal but more so dinner options if western. The pools are what make this resort amazing but the location is horrendous, 25 minutes by car anytime you want to go into town (no bikes will pickup), and no tours will pick you up that far out. Fix your check in process, and breakfast options & you may gain 5 star rating but overall, clean & comfortable room/stay.

Once you book you receive a "guide" on how the hotel is working. Then everything is done through a Zalo hotline. So basically, you won't get any answer/help or just some automated messages. Great facilities. On the 1st day was a weekend, so everything was alright. But the second day was a Monday, and because there's not enough guests (from what I could hear from a pool guard)...they don't turn on the water hoses in the kids water park, there is no AC in the kids playground (for which I paid an extra), no water in the pool slides... So depending on the days you stay, you won't get the same services. Of course they won't tell you this before you book or you won't get notified of anything like this in the guide or through their Zalo channel. Cherry on the cake, fire alarm at 8:30PM, we went down through the stairs, and waited 1 hour downstairs along with other guests, with no information/staff to finally hear it was a "mistake ", you can go back to your room. The hotel is far from the city, I knew it when I booked, but I didn't except that the "restaurants" downstairs would have such a bad food. The price was quite low so I was not expecting 5 stars experience, but at least what I paid and came for (the facilities running for my kids to play).

Great place! Very safe

This was hands down one of the worst accommodation experiences I've had, and certainly not what I expected given the price point. The ordeal began before we even checked in. The resort is supposed to provide a shuttle buggy to pick guests up from the parking area to the check-in lobby — but after waiting over 30 minutes, no buggy ever came. With two young kids, luggage, and bags in tow, we had no choice but to walk the entire way up the hill ourselves. It was an absolute nightmare. Even when buggies were eventually available, the traffic congestion within the resort meant waiting an extremely long time just to get a seat. It's also worth noting that this is a privately owned property managed by the hotel — something that wasn't clearly communicated at booking. The room fell far below any acceptable hotel standard: dirty throughout, with sticky flooring that clearly hadn't been properly cleaned. The most alarming issue was in the master bedroom — a large, visible patch of mold and fungal growth on the ceiling directly above the bed. To make matters worse, water was dripping from the ceiling in the middle of the night. Completely unacceptable. Safety was also a serious concern. The glass sliding door leading to the pool area would not lock properly, and we were travelling with a 4-year-old. This is not a minor inconvenience — it's a genuine hazard. On top of that: the TV had no signal or connection whatsoever, the WiFi router was non-functional, and the air conditioning took several hours to cool the room and barely circulated any air, making the space feel stuffy and uncomfortable. We contacted the front desk to raise these issues and were offered a room change, but after waiting over an hour and calling again with no answer, nothing was ever resolved. Paying a premium price for this level of quality and service is simply unacceptable. I would not return and cannot recommend this property.
