My stay at the Mandala Hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The property blends comfort, style, and warmth in a way that instantly makes you feel at home. The staff were attentive and genuinely welcoming, always ready with helpful recommendations and thoughtful touches that elevated the entire stay. The rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, with calming décor that lived up to the hotel’s name. I especially appreciated the comfortable bedding, the modern amenities, and the peaceful atmosphere throughout the property. Every detail felt carefully considered. One of the highlights of the trip was the visit to the dunes. The hotel helped arrange everything seamlessly, and the experience was unforgettable rolling golden sand, breathtaking views, and a sense of tranquility that’s hard to put into words. Whether you’re there for adventure or simply to take in the sunset, the dunes are an absolute must. Overall, the Mandala Hotel provided a perfect balance of relaxation and exploration. I left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already planning my next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

This was hands down one of the worst accommodation experiences I've had, and certainly not what I expected given the price point. The ordeal began before we even checked in. The resort is supposed to provide a shuttle buggy to pick guests up from the parking area to the check-in lobby — but after waiting over 30 minutes, no buggy ever came. With two young kids, luggage, and bags in tow, we had no choice but to walk the entire way up the hill ourselves. It was an absolute nightmare. Even when buggies were eventually available, the traffic congestion within the resort meant waiting an extremely long time just to get a seat. It's also worth noting that this is a privately owned property managed by the hotel — something that wasn't clearly communicated at booking. The room fell far below any acceptable hotel standard: dirty throughout, with sticky flooring that clearly hadn't been properly cleaned. The most alarming issue was in the master bedroom — a large, visible patch of mold and fungal growth on the ceiling directly above the bed. To make matters worse, water was dripping from the ceiling in the middle of the night. Completely unacceptable. Safety was also a serious concern. The glass sliding door leading to the pool area would not lock properly, and we were travelling with a 4-year-old. This is not a minor inconvenience — it's a genuine hazard. On top of that: the TV had no signal or connection whatsoever, the WiFi router was non-functional, and the air conditioning took several hours to cool the room and barely circulated any air, making the space feel stuffy and uncomfortable. We contacted the front desk to raise these issues and were offered a room change, but after waiting over an hour and calling again with no answer, nothing was ever resolved. Paying a premium price for this level of quality and service is simply unacceptable. I would not return and cannot recommend this property.
