    The room was decent enough and the restrooms as well. The facilities like AC and garden view was ok. Bedsheets were given and they were satisfactory. The parking was muddy and sluggish due to rain. The balcony was not at all maintained and found in a poor state. The swimming pool was allowed and it was partnered with Rachana's black beach resort. No breakfast options nearby. So had to travel for breakfast. It was 3/5 rated resort. We paid 3650 per room and it was not value for money, but we understood it was due to weekend booking strategy. So these were my experiences at the Malavika's resort.

    Switched to AC room with little extra money , room was compact , not much spacious but it was clean and washroom was also clean . swimming pool is present in next hotel which is in front of this hotel . Clean Towel and toiletries were also available . Near to beach with in 5-10 min walking distance with lot of food options. we also checked room with fan but i will suggest to go with ac room as it is quite hot there in afternoon . Also AC rooms are better looking than fan rooms
