    we as a group of 3 visited the location for our year end countdown. As the traffic and location of the hotel is not that convenience, we called the reception to have some logistic arrangement service but gained back the reply with "we also cannot help to book a taxi for you guys at this late hour". For foreigner tourist who are not familiar to the environment. We walked for an hour at late night from the Taichung Intercontinental baseball stadium to hotel. The experience is quite dissappointing
