Reception area floor was spotted with dirt and God knows what else. The elevator floor and walls were dirty. The rug leading to my room was in need of vacuuming months ago. The ice machine on the second floor was covered in dust. The floor of my bathroom was sticky to the touch. Breakfast provided with subpar. Two bowls of fruit contained rotted fruit. The milk for the cereal was passed its due date and clotted. I questioned if the rating of 8.2 was out of a total of 20. Really very little effort shown in the area of basic cleanliness. It made the whole place seem uninviting. Other than that the staff seemed friendly and when I showed the food to the front desk in the morning they whisked it away with apologies but no replacement.
