    Close to loving and the staff is literally the best and very accommodating and attentive. Would recommend if you want to experience real Balinese culture. Will come back during my next stint in Bali

    There is no hotel in the world that compares to the luxury treatment that you receive staying in this hotel. The rooms are stunning and the views are breathtaking, the staff go out of their way to cater to your every whim and take such great care and pride in their treatment of their guests, you truly feel like family with them. The spa treatments are absolutely heavenly, I feel truly light and at peace after a massage from the beautiful girls here. The food is the best food I've ever eaten anywhere in the world, I never feel like I spend enough time to enjoy everything. If you're looking for paradise, this is where you should go.

    Everything was quite good overall. However, I wouldn’t recommend this place for elderly people or those with mobility issues, as there are many stairs. We arrived around 8 p.m. and had to go for dinner, but my mum found it quite inconvenient to walk up and down so many stairs, and the in-room dining service was already closed at that time. There was a staff member named Dayu — her service was excellent, and she spoke with a very pleasant tone. On the other hand, the receptionist with short hair and glasses could still improve her service and attitude a bit, as she gave off a rather “superior” feeling when interacting with guests.
