I highly recommend this hotel as it is new, modern, clean and well located in the best part of the city. The only issue was the receptionist pushed us to book a private transport from the hotel which is more expensive and was not worth it. I guess that they make money out of it.

Staffs are professional and polite, I have never given anyone full score but the staffs at this hotel deserve this praise. The hotel is quite new and clean, located in good location if it is your first time in Lisbon. Only improvement points are: 1) slippery and leaky bathroom and 2) there was a very intensive use of air refreshener on the first night which was not so pleasant to breathe, but then the smell got reduced over time and seemed better on the following nights. There was a live music outside everyday during our stay but it stopped after 10 PM so there was no problem for us. In terms of accessibility, some people with reduced accessibility might not be suitable to this hotel as you need to climb up some stairs before reaching at the reception after that there is elevator you can use to the rooms.

In the centre of everything, easy to get to places by walk / tram. Staff were so friendly and kind. Felt so safe in this hotel, would 100% come back!

As I could not stay due to wrong dates and a non refundable policy, and inability to change dates (even before the actual check in date) to the correct dates, it’s impossible to give a real review. Though I have seen good reviews, cannot say so for myself.
