If only 0 stars was an option. This place isn't a hotel, more like a hostel. The place hasn't been properly cleaned since who knows when. Dust hanging from ceiling cornice, dust under the bed, stained towels, dirty showers, covered in dust. Towels got taken away in the morning, nothing brought back to the room. Tea coffee not replaced, water not replaced. No parking, no remote. Had to walk and carry luggage through rubble and renovations. Huge party when I checked in, noise all night with no consideration from others.

The location is good but apon arrival we were first told that our booking could not be found then after asking the guy to double check (please note we were sitting in the car outside the property ,we had to wait there till our booking could be located )it was then discovered that there was someone else who was checked into my room and under my name
We had to later wait for the host to contact those people and ask them to relocate and we had to wait for the place to be recleaned
After that devastating wait we had asked the night shift guard for a late check out which was granted but the next morning we were surprised to be greeted by cleaning staff who was extremely rude
I will never recommend this place nor will I visit again
