    Welcoming staff and convenient location where shopping mall is just opposite the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and shops. We had 2 rooms facing so called lake view but the fountain in the lake is not working at all. Housekeeper (sorry that I did not get her name) who serviced my Room 1817 on 21-26 Jun was fantastic. She is hard working, always check with us if we need anything. Very friendly and cheerful. She even recommended some places to visit in Luoyang. Linda Yang from the restaurant is the most friendly staff there. She served us foie gras and other food from the dinner buffet instead of us getting it on our own. Shows care and concern to my wheelchair bound mother. She has the sweetest smile and shared places of interest with us too. Only issue but not very serious is that the traffic in front of the hotel is very heavy after working hour. Just need to plan ur timing well. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, the hotel is value for money and love to return to Luoyang Marriott again!

    Coffee machines at breakfast restaurant was not working well. Breakfast paid for on 31/3/26 for room 2009 was not honoured because QR code was not available. Administratively, your internal system is weak with too many bureaucratic hurdles. We were embarrassed by the hassles at your hotel. Toilet flushing system is old fashioned and not in accordance with international standards. We were disappointed.
