    I prebooked this hotel.. and the check in time online was 11am but I was refused to check in at 11am.. And told to come at 2pm.. At 2pm, I was informed that there are no rooms available so I was asked to go to their another hotel.. In the other hotel, the staff was no informed and they again kept mei waiting.. Later they gave me sharing dormitory but I had booked for single room.. Due to all this stuff I almost wasted my 4 to 5 hours.. In the new hotel, there was no water, no towels, no toiletries.. Infact there was no water next day.. Worst experience..
