    city center walkable, did not make up room first night, second day elevator not working, pool is greenish water, path from the street to the entrance is uneven steps, tripping hazard, but as most places here the staff are very nice,

    Thr facility and staff are exceptional. However, I put 3 stars 🌟 for the location because it located near Temple Club and they have music till 2am or 3am. The Room comes with thin wall and you can hear others in next room.

    checked in early , dropped off my stuff and headed out, my mistake, should have physically checked everything instead of visually. When I came back at the end of the evening is when We noticed the problems, flopped on the bed was like doing it on the floor , it was NOT a mattress but a box spring, wood frame and surface, went to counter to complain and all they did was have a thin mattress topper put under the sheet , like sleeping on the floor. while this was being done we found out there was no TV service, and the shower only half worked, but on the bright side the mini bar prices were very reasonable which you need because you have the bar music blasting until 3am.
