    Good food, good people but old property. Very close to Devgiri fort, ellora caves etc. Food is excellent. Must upgrade basic service like intercom facility etc. Rooms above the common lobby are not peaceful. Go for the cottages instead. Swimming pool is not maintained. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

    It's a poorly maintained property. Rooms are old, poorly maintained, although the property is at a good location and has good open space, but it is not handled well. Book it only if you have no other better option.

    Stayed at this property from 24 oct to 26th oct. The staff was good, food was tasty, the location is awesome, will visit with my friends again very soon

    The property needs renovation. All services are geared for evening service. The staff doesn't stir before 8 am. No tea no breaksfast. I didin't see any activity till 7.50 in the dining hall. No kettle in room. If you are a early riser, look for another hotel.
