    Really bad customer service and hiding fees at the time of check out such as a ridiculous electricity charge

    Antonio, the receptionist of this village, claims to be the biggest boss here. He has a rude and violent attitude. He doesn't listen to what the guests say at all. He just treats you with rude attitude, slams the table and glares, saying that this is my office and I can do whatever I want. He threatens that if you also slam the table, he will call the police to drive you away. He said I don't care whether the guests complain about me online. He is extremely disrespectful to the guests. It is simply lacking in basic civilization. We feel that our dignity has been injured here. We will never come to this village again and strongly do not recommend tourists to choose this village as a tourist destination
