I stayed in Loopin for 4 days, and I must say it was a really great experience. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the place offers some real peace. I loved the kitchen most, its amenities and the freedom to cook and have your favourite meal are things you won't find in other places. A great place to stay and chill.

offers genuinely great value for the price. It costs about the same as many other hostels and dorms, but the overall experience is much better. The dorms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Even the rooms and washrooms smell fresh, which makes a big difference. The bathrooms are also large and spacious. There is a community kitchen, pool, a dining area, a comfortable living room, a garden, and a beautiful balcony. The entire place is aesthetic, relaxed, and thoughtfully designed. It is a very nice, peaceful space with good people and a chill atmosphere. For the same price as an average hostel, you get much more comfort, cleanliness, space, and value. Definitely recommended.

The bedsheet was wet, the fan wasn’t working, no AC, our room was on 3rd floor and we had no help to carry our luggage, there was no water bottle nor water in the dispenser. I’d not suggest anyone to stay here.

My stay at Loopin, Upper Bhagsu, was easily one of the best travel experiences I've had so far. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the incredible team. A special shoutout to Shrikant, Tanmay, and Shivang they are among the warmest, kindest, and most helpful people I've ever met. No matter what you need, even late at night, they're always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality truly makes this place special. I stayed in the tent dorm, and honestly, it felt surprisingly private and comfortable. Despite being a dorm setup, I never felt crowded and had plenty of personal space, which made the experience even better. The entire property has an amazing vibe. The common areas are beautifully designed, the kitchen space is well-maintained, and the pool table adds a fun touch to the social atmosphere. The morning yoga sessions were a perfect way to start the day, and every corner of the property feels peaceful and connected to nature. What made this trip even more memorable were the amazing people I met along the way. George, Benny, Polly, Liza, Galpo, and many others quickly became more than just fellow travelers — they became friends. The conversations, laughter, shared experiences, and memories we created together are something I'll cherish for a long time. They made this trip truly special. In fact, when it was finally time to leave, saying goodbye was the hardest part. For the first time in a long while, I felt like I wasn't just leaving a place — I was leaving behind people who had become a part of my journey. That's the kind of connection and atmosphere Lupin creates. The location is another huge advantage. You're surrounded by stunning natural beauty, with waterfalls and scenic walks nearby. There's also a fantastic café right in front of Lupin serving great food, and a general store is just a short walk away, making everything very convenient. If you're planning a trip to Dharamshala and looking for a place that combines comfort, community, nature, and exceptional hospitality, Lupin is the place to be.
