    Disappointed there was no breakfast available although it had said when I booked that I could pay on site for breakfast but they just weren’t doing any form of breakfast. Have breakfasted here before which was most enjoyable which is why I chose here over other hotels. The family room was good with comfortable bed. If you want a laid back atmosphere and no one to bother you then would recommend here however overall I wouldn’t go back.

    During my visit I noticed the heater was not on & I reported at 5:50PM. However they fixed the heater at 8:30PM after multiple time complaining. At midnight I wake up due to hig cold in the room & the heater was off & there is no place to report is as the reception will be closed at night. And automatically at 5 Am the heater turn on, even during the time of checkout there is no reception to report it & for check out we just need to drop the key in a box. Apart from the above the room is good & clean.

    Booked here a couple weeks before turning up, specifically searched for pet friendly hotels, just before clicking the book deal button, I called to confirm they are indeed pet friendly. Lady on phone said yes, so I then booked. On the day we turned up, we were told by the owner tgat no pets were allowed in the hotel rooms, he kept repeating this over and over in a rude manner. I explained I had called peior to booking so something had obviously gone on from then till we turned up. But rather than look for a resolve and help he just kept going round in circles, my wife told him clear, he was being rude and to stop repeating himself. The staff were great though, they explained to him they realised there was a mix up and there was an easy resolve to it, and putting us in the cout yard rooms was the solution, but rather than understand or wven be grateful for he's staffs input, he was rude to them too, even told one lass to go to the restaurant area instead. To be honest it baffles me how this fella is still in business. Rude, obnoxious and no respect, didn't even half the decency to apologise giving he had time to reflect.
