I have extended my room for one day through agoda in the same hotel but my first day stay was not booked through agora but hotel was same, staff and facility was same therefore I am sharing my experience here too because it's all about the same hotel. Reason to extend my room even after bad experience because we were have to attend a program which was just near the hotel. Btw here is my bad experience, I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, my room lacked several basic amenities, including a complimentary water bottle, toiletries, towels, kettle, and telephone. As a result, I had to visit the receptionist multiple times to request these essentials. When I asked to change rooms due to the lack of amenities, I was informed that there were no vacant rooms available. Furthermore, when I inquired about how to contact room service, I was advised to use my personal mobile phone and was given a card having contact number for room service. I don't why should I use my personal number to call for room service. However, latter after wasting my some time the telephone was provided. What I found most surprising was that when I requested my room key before leaving the hotel, I was told that it couldn't be provided and that I should simply close the door from the outside. Given the lack of basic amenities and services, I question the hotel's ability to provide a satisfactory experience for its guests. It's better to choose dharamshala instead of this hotel.
