    I got to the hotel by 9:30 and saw over 9 guests have been waiting for their room. One guest waited over 1 hour and 40 min. No logistics of when the rooms will be ready or which guests was first to check in. One guest didnt want to wait, couldnt cancel his reservation to get a refund and still booked a different hotel. I can tell all of us were tired and I had a 12 hour travel day driving to this location. Im disappointed to the staff and this hotel. Seemed promising but bad service.

    Room was ok. Cleaning was NOT up to par. There was hair in the sink and left over toothpaste. Also random hairs in the shower. The rest of the room appeared to be clean.
