    Initially we booked Levaana for one night to check out the cleanliness and hygiene standards, and honestly, it exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were beautiful and high-tech, the beds spotless, and the washrooms immaculate. Even the toilets and drinking water glasses were sanitized before we checked in. We were so impressed that we extended our stay by two more days. My husband, our two kids, and I had a wonderful time at this hotel — it truly made our trip to Mysore more memorable. The staff were incredibly supportive and made sure we got everything we needed. A special thank you to Mr. Prajwal and his room service team for their excellent care throughout our stay.

    I booked a room for three people and had already paid the amount for three. When I arrived, the bed provided only had enough space for two people. I asked him for an extra bed, but he refused, I showed him the seat I had booked, but he took a long time to bring me the bed; it was already past 11 PM. I had arrived at 10 PM, so I was made to wait a full hour for the extra bed—it was such a hassle. When I asked him for the bed, he told me to go ask agoda instead, saying, "You didn't pay *me* the money," and so on. His behavior was just as nasty as his appearance. Don't tarnish your reputation by keeping staff like this. The security guard is far better; he was the one who treated me well and handled the situation. If you keep this guy at the reception, you'll end up losing even the customers you currently have.
