Quiet beach and friendly atmosphere. Enjoyment from the first steps on the resort as well as within the community. Entertainment was exceptional on site as well as offsite.. Pawley’s Island was an excellent choice for our 36th wedding anniversary.

Location was amazing as was the staff… they were helpful and so very nice and accommodating!! The condo itself had great space and location was perfect. But unfortunately it needed a lot of updating …. Especially the main shower … loaded with mold and when we walked in there was an electric drill and screens right at the first door . But otherwise a great location for the pool and beach.

I wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone! I is old and outdated. The furnishings were very old. The beds were OK but the towels had black stains on them. I requested a non smoking room but this room was filled with cigaretted smoke smell. There was no wifi and the staff was not helpful at all in helping with that. There were assigned parking spots but there was not spot designated for our unit. The girl at the front desk laughed and said "Oh just park where ever you want. They only had one person working the front desk so the wait time to talk with someone was pretty long. I was really disappointed in this property.
