    the toilets has minor wear and tears and not as good as last year. common room has stopped providing English tea. staffs are not as friendly as last year. our female Dorm is very cramp for 6 .

    The service was terrible. The staff, who are the owners of the building, took great liberties with their guests. I constantly felt as if they owed me something, not that I owed them something. They completely forgot that they were providing a service and had no right to command, only to ask. Also, explain to the staff that wearing rubber slippers in the bathroom is not obligatory, as they don't wash them and there's a risk of catching a skin disease.

    Don't choose 6 beds room!!!it was awful! you can't even walk through it nor open the door fully,super dark light is useless! I am not sure if every 6beds room is like that,but clearly they squeez 6beds into a 4beds room.I booked 6beds in one middle day(other 8beds) they called to ask me change the bed so i don't need to move, I said ok with change 6beds to 8, no move, then that day they said they were saying its 2nights in 6beds room, rediculous,what 's the point, i still need to move! I stayed 2nights in that horrible room couldn't even sleep well or move around!!! Price is cheap,location is good, clean and free water/cookie,without that bummer it would be a good stay i guess.
