    Stayed here before. Love everything about the resort. Lovely staff. Perfect location. Peaceful and private. I like the fact that it's individual unit. Neighbors are close, but you don't hear them when you're inside your room. I will always stay at ocean front unit simply because view is spectacular. Snorkeling is right in front. I normally walk to North Beach and start snorkeling from Bulow Casa Resort and back. Plenty of Nemo and colorful fish. Be mindful during low tide. Corals may hurt you. Wear water shoes. Use mosquito repellent during dusk and dawn. Sunscreen is essential even during overcast days. Breakfast is limited, but delicious and sufficient. Take taxi to walking street to restaurants if you're into better food. 50 baht per person, taxi will take you anywhere on the Island. Resort also has restaurant on site. Walk to Bulow Casa Resort for magnificent sunset and have fun at Zodiac night club, have a drink and watch the fireworks shows. Cash only for drinks. You'll wake up watching sunrise from your bed😁. It's the best part of staying in the ocean view room. During low season is the best time to come because it's less people and the room rate is reasonable. Early morning, the entire beach is your world because people are still sleeping 😂. Be mindful of limited service during the low season because some restaurants are closed. Heaven on Earth. 4 days stay is too short. Will always return. Happy Travels.

    Enjoyed our stay at Lipe Beach Resort. Our room was closest to the beach S1 and slept to the sound of waves at night which was really nice. You can walk around to castaway, zodiac bar as well. Beach could be trashy since it’s low season but let me tell you sunset beach is a lot more trashy so recommended to stay at Sunrise if you visit during low season. Just few minutes walk to Walking Street and be mindful that there are little ponds you need to walk past due to rain.. overall I enjoy lipe beach resort and the beach.

    perfect location on sunrise beach. shame about the massive amount of longboats adjacent to the hotel but they weren’t in the way of our view. the room got very hot as no ac. i would recommend getting a room with ac but they are so spenny. would recommend looking at other places with ac as better value for money. breakfast was okay but not worth if it you aren’t staying there and want food. coffees are expensive. we did get an “upgrade” but later found out this was only worth 60 baht a night. there were so many rooms empty and it was painful to see us get upgrades to a room which was meh rather than the nice ones that were empty. staff were okay. lady at front desk looked unhappy all the time but everyone else was fine.
