Couldn't fault this hotel. Fab staff. Only negative is it's location is approximately 10 mins outside Oxford by taxi, maybe 20 mins by bus.

Great hotel. No lift though! So beware of this as there’s stairs and a lot of corridors! Had sauna, steam room and pool which was nice. Staff were lovely. Hotel was clean. Had peartree park and ride within 5 mins reach.would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at Leonardo Royal Hotel Oxford during the ICMSN Conference 2025. While the location was convenient for the event, there were serious issues that affected my stay. There was no lift or ramp, so we had to carry our large luggage up the stairs, which was very inconvenient and unsuitable for guests with heavy bags or mobility needs. In addition, I did not find the overall environment of the hotel pleasant. These factors made the stay less comfortable than expected. The hotel should improve accessibility and atmosphere to provide a better experience for conference participants and international guests.
