    - The rooms are good. - The staff is courteous. - Good location by the river. - Bad breakfast spread. Unhygienic dining area. Lot of flies. Kitchen is dirty. - They do not adhere to timings of breakfast. I had to request multiple times for breads. Took 30 mins to get then. - Lobbies outside the rooms are stuffed with extra beds. Unclean surroundings.

    We had an absolutely wonderful 3-day stay at Lemon Tree Hotel Sonamarg, J&K, and the experience was truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the entire team was incredibly welcoming, courteous, and attentive, making us feel right at home. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which was a wonderful gesture and made our stay even more special. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options and something for everyone. A very special thank you to Mr. Faizal, Mr. Adil, Mr. Azad, and Mr. Irfan for their exceptional hospitality, warmth, and personal attention throughout our stay. Their dedication to making guests feel comfortable and valued really stood out and played a big part in making our trip so memorable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we truly appreciate the entire team for their wonderful hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sonamarg!
