    Very clean rooms with functional decor and in excellent condition for the general facility rating. The halls and stairwells need work: repairs and fresh paint. The free breakfast is excellent four choice egg and processed meat plate; unlimited hot rice & chicken soup; coffee and tea, and toast with Margarine and jam.

    First time staying here. Clean and convenient

    The Lek used to be good, but it's gone down. Soi 7 is full of noisy bars, but the hotel is set back so it's quiet night and day. The location is perfect, near restaurants, markets, the beach, transport, etc. But the staff is surly, the building is poorly-maintained, and wifi was so weak it was practically non-existent, and no effort was made to fix the problem.
