Very comfortable room on the outskirts of Leitrim village. The staff member I dealt with is one of the nicest people you could meet. Simple, complimentary breakfast even though agoda said there was none available. It would be nice to be able to check in a little earlier. There was a couple in the room next to me who were very loud until 1am. In total, I would recommend the hotel.

Hotel was nice. Only problem was no reception 🙄 we did have to call the hotel to collect our keys. Was just a quick pit stop before a long journey. Will stay again

Not staffed except via remote call facility.
No bar or facility to fill water bottles.
Room was fine but definitely not worth the money.
Location could be lovely but needs investment.
Noisy at night but no one on site to ask for help.

My room was a standard small hotel room, I was lucky to have a beautiful view over the marina. When booking I did not realise there was self check in, ie the reception is not manned and the bar and restaurant have been closed for some time. Some of the reviews mention drinks, which makes me doubt their authenticity. To check in, you need to phone from outside the door, the woman was friendly and directed me to a specific keysafe, giving me the code over the phone to get my physical door key. I would have preferred to have these detailed texted/emailed with the external door code before I arrived. Continental breakfast was included, it was mediocre, in a windowless room. While there was a toaster, on day 1 there was no bread to toast. Bread appeared on day 2. There were no staff visible. It's a super quiet location with easy parking but the lack of service and transparency on booking a "hotel" was disappointing.
