Legacy Hill Hotel

Hotel very clean, bed comfy, aircon veri cold. Heater hot water not bad. Room sufficent for 2, clean. Staff friendly. Only area of improvement, waited 45mins for our breakfast set. not sure why took so long, only 3 couples including us. Quick fix breakfast.

The staffs were helpful but the doorman usually not standby if it’s night or early morning so we need to bring our luggages alone through the stairs. There’s an elevator but no one standby to operate it. The staff on checkin desk won’t even help us. The bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner are in one bottle (there’s a separate bottle that’s empty. i doubt it’s shampoo and conditioner because it’s have a same smell as the hand soap) but we’re not informed when we are checkin. The next day for room cleaning, we were not provided a new sanitary bag and toilet tissue eventho it was running out before we go outside (it was early morning). The first day we checked in, the room smell funny, like it was clean days before we checked in. The floor felt clean the next day after room cleaning visited. There’s an empty awkward space with a small table and a carpet in my room, like they forgot to put chairs/sofa there.

Friendly and helpful staff in particular Max and Jane. Readily to help you whenever needed. Restoran staff always extended their best service whenever you are there for meals and service. Restoran environment is great and comfortable. Room and most of the places are clean and well maintained. Well done and keep it up . Location is great as it is easily accessible to all the good local food stalls around the area within short distance. Top choice for next visit.
