    Great little place, surrounded by authentic, affordable places to eat and experience. Friendly reception, very clean room with decent air con and a fridge. Would definitely stay again when in the area. Has some fairly steep stairs to get to the top which we didn't mind at all but could be a problem depending on your ability.

    Unfortunately, we arrived at a hotel in a very noisy area. The room was on the third floor, and there was no elevator (as mentioned) but there was also no one to help with the luggage. We did not know that our room was located on the third floor (my partner is'nt young...). The woman at the reception, who was definitely a sweet and smiling, did not know a word in English and managed the entire reception using a failed translation application. It is unfortunate that we did not understand anything. It took an hour and a half for her to locate our registration for the hotel through Agoda. When we figured out where the room was, we gave up and called the manager who knew English but could not help remotely. We were given a room on the first floor in a very strange side, the air conditioner did not work in the room. We chose to leave and the hotel manager was kind and let us go. The hotel reception does not look all like the pictures and it is a pity that it does not say that the rooms are located high up on very narrow stairs. Not suitable for older people or those who have difficulty climbing. Very disappointing. After two hours of wasting time, we left the hotel and now we have to deal with the bureaucracy of refunding the payment. I don't recommend it. Sorry. It's also worth updating the details in Agoda.
