    We stayed at several hotels in Hammamet in the past and this one does not compete well enough considering they value and money payed. While there is nothing wrong in general it's the little things that add up that would make us pick a different hotel next time. Mattresses and pillows too hard, unpleasant smell in the room, less than average choices of food at the buffet. Staff is really nice and friendly, it wouldn't take too much to bring this hotel back into the top. But some improvements are needed.

    *Booking exp: I booked and paid online with Agoda. Yet, at the checking I had to pay again and with cash... They said they have a trouble with Agoda and I have to pay the same amount again and they will give a receipt to send it to Agoda to have my money back... *hotel exp: they say it's a 4 star hotel but what I found is barely 3 star level. It is very old and not maintained, some staff are friendly but the reception is not... the pool is very small, food is very average and not fresh... Even the part of the beach access is small and not clean. Completely terrible experience.
