Great location, just 1km away from the famous Falls. Great space. The room, the lobby, the restaurant the beautiful yard with plenty of outdoor but secure parking space. Great bed. Good shower. Excellent A/C. Legendary views from the roof terrace. Large pool with gathering and relaxation space around. Minifridge in the room. Excellent, traditional breakfast. Absolutely fantastic staff. Nice, helpful, efficient, speaking very good english. I would definitely recommend this Kasbah. I made a note of each accommodation worthwhile returning to on another future visit of Marocco. Kasbah Ntifa is high on that list. My only regret is i could not stay at least 3 nights there this round. Thank you, guys!

We chose Le Domaine M Riad based on glowing reviews and the promise of a peaceful, refreshing stay—but sadly, it fell short on many fronts. While the grounds are pleasant and the room was clean, our experience was marred by a series of avoidable disappointments. From the moment we arrived, we were not greeted or assisted—left to struggle with our luggage while staff, including the manager or assistant, simply looked on. As Moroccan-Americans, we were disheartened by the way we were treated. Unfortunately, this kind of dismissive attitude toward Moroccan guests is something we’ve experienced before, and it’s one reason establishments like this are losing local trust and business. The pool, while picturesque, was not well maintained. The water appeared murky, with visible oils and debris. The shower in our room had a broken head that sprayed everywhere, and water leaked into the sleeping area, making it uncomfortable. Breakfast was extremely basic. The coffee was cold, and when we asked about the unusual herbal mix in the tea (rather than the traditional Moroccan mint), the staff became noticeably uptight rather than receptive. One highlight was the very tasty goat cheese, but unfortunately that wasn’t enough to outweigh the issues. A particularly upsetting moment was when other guests moved our belongings and took our lounge chairs—and management did absolutely nothing. We were treated as if our concerns were an inconvenience. It felt careless and disrespectful. We expected to relax and feel welcomed, but we left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. This was not the experience we hoped for, and we would not return or recommend it based on how we were treated.
