    POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE/LOUSY AIR-COND AND HAVE TO ON THE CEILING FAN ALL THE TIME/NO IN-HOUSE PARKING/VERY SMALL ROOM/TV POSITION SLANTING NEEDLESS TO SAY LADZANA HOTEL IS DEFINITELY NOT WORTH CONSIDERING AT ALL DON'T EVER STAY HERE!

    I really won't recommend this hotel, traveler must AVOID. Yes it is kind of low cost, but low cost doesn't mean you cannot do it nicely. But some of the way how they handle thing are just questionable, Is rare nowadays hotel still need collect deposit, but they still ask for it and must be cash can't use credit card. Then many of their room the air conditioning is hypersonic noisy. Asking for extra towel also need pay extra is another questionable move. Yes, there is some staff who willing to help, but many also questionable, can't speak proper english. Other Guest make noise, you call the security, he just fix half of the problem another he act like didn't notice, in the end you still end up sleepless. So keep your money and pay some extra or same money with better hotel out there. Detail is never part of this hotel, TWO occasion they didn't shut our door properly included after room services, this is a security nightmare. Feedback many issue to some of their team also no use, maybe their way or culture is already that. So If you are holiday, TOTALLY avoid this hotel, they are NOT the Tune Hotel as before. If you just use those room for "temporary purpose" maybe this is the deal, plus they seem always have lot of last min quest and these are the people are making lot of noise at night. Good night sleep in this hotel are by luck only. The last night that i stay in this hotel is TOTALLY cannot sleep, and they cannot solve the problem too even did communicate, so you may regret if you stay here.

    Window lock is broken so cannot locked There are no bidet shower in all the toilets (we booked two rooms for six people and when I asked staff they said its normal) When we arrived there are 2 tea bags provided and when asked for extra tea bags Mr Balu said they not provided tea bgs then I told him when we arrived there was tea bags ,then he told some person to provided tea bags,if they cannot fulfill simple request like this wht is the point we choose this next time?
