    I visited three rooms and all smelled musty. No AC running in who knows how long. The woman from the front desk accompanied me to the third room and agreed. First time that's ever happened in decades of global travel. She immediately refunded my deposit but told me I needed to go through Agoda to refund the room. Spent 30 minutes in the lobby attempting to reach Agoda which was a waste of time. No way of contacting anyone to address the issue in the moment. Hotel addressed it immediately and understood. Days later and nothing from Agoda.
