    Staff was rude and told me that i cannot check in cause she can't find my preferred name on my ID, although my last name is exactly same. Not a really friendly attitude. Should train staff more about how to smile, she even didnt greet myself when i came in

    Had exceptional staff who worked hard to deliver any request. Location was lovely and convenient to shops, restaurants, and within a stone’s throw of the city and tourist locations. Highly recommended. Grace from Western Australia

    Old outdated hotel and rooms, yes they’re clean, but water if any type in the rooms. No one knew which room I was staying in and for my perception very over priced for what I received. Overall poor quality
