Upon arrival the guy at the front desk told me the room with the queen bed i booked was not available, and told me they only had a room with a king bed and i would have to pay the difference, i refused!
After some back and forth, he said he would let me stay in the king bed room for the night and would move me tomorrow.
I firmly believe that there was a room with a queen bed available the entire time, this method was used to get me to pay their price versus the discounted price i found online.
