    I couldn't fault accommodation and staff. They are very accommodating towards their guests. The rooms felt like a second home. Great location- Woolworths and fast food places so close. Lagoons were a 3 minute walk. I would stay again

    Although our room was clean & comfortable, the check-in process was confusing. I was told that I was required to check-in through a third-party website. This was concerning as it wasn’t mentioned when I made the initial reservation through Agoda. I had also requested the Honeymoon package that was offered, but didn’t get it. Although the girl that checked us in on Wednesday was very friendly & helpful, the girl at the reception counter on Friday when we checked-out was the exact opposite. She totally ignored me while she was on the phone & wouldn’t even acknowledge my presence. I had to ask her if I should leave my apartment keys at the desk & all I got was a curt nod. Also they expect you to go & hunt for the rubbish bins & take your own trash out. We were very disappointed & won’t stay here again.
