    Everything was bad about the place, only good thing was the location. The staff doesn’t have basic training and etiquettes, laid back staff who don’t even have tissue papers after serving breakfast. The bathrooms were dirty and they had no proper equipments or even something basic as lizol or harpic. On the last day we asked for an early breakfast at about 7:30. The staff was sleeping.

    Great location for access to multiple beaches. It's at a road junction that leads to many north Goa tourist destinations, but not seaside. Chapora, Vagatoe, Ozran, and Anjuna are early accessible. The property is not new, but the management is new. Don't expect luxury or modern facilities. It's one of those places that have the old, settled feel. The rooms are basic, with basic facilities. Some furniture may require mending and some equipment may not work perfectly. Power outages are frequent but short. The property is very green, as you would expect from an old establishment. Parking is limited and can be a hassle. There's no active restaurant in the premises, but food provided from nearby. The staff is minimal but tried their best. Sometimes you won't see any for a while. The 'front desk' phone is probably handled by someone away from the property. You may not get an immediate response sometimes.
