    Good hotel, good location, have breakfast and good AC

    Few bad scenarios: - Water heater not working. First time complaint, CS ask someone fix it. After that not working again, try to contact CS few times but no action taken until check out time. - Mosquito area. - Toilet too small, sitting small very small. - some stain in blanket. - Aircond blower direction to bed, not comfortable to sleep, together with uncomfortable bed too. Usually I wont complain much as long as concern bring up is resolved. But this is terrible stay during all my visit to Thai. Get other hotel options if you can.
