    La Palm Royal beach is in a good location. The hotel has great potential but need some tender loving care in certain areas. That said the customer service is very good. It has a lovely pool area and the rooms are clean and adequate. Unfortunately the beach is littered which is a real shame. With some investment the hotel could be a gem.

    It was an alright experience. It was a great location, easy to get around areas in Accra from the hotel. The food was top notch, the scenery was beautiful and the overall ambiance was great. The staff were good, polite and extremely helpful. Some of the areas that will need improvement are the facilities, for example in your presidential suite. I believe a microwave will not be a bad idea. One of our bathroom had collapsed and I believe they knew because there was a patch work to conceal it. I would have appreciated a more prompt response to issues and complaints. It was still a good experience all in all and I enjoyed my stay there
